How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order, so delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks across Pakistan and 3 to 4 weeks internationally, after your order is confirmed. Allow a few extra days before Eid and during sales.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free everywhere in Pakistan. Delivery charges apply only to international orders: we quote them for your country, and they are paid in advance with your order.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Yes. International delivery takes 3 to 4 weeks, and the delivery charge is paid in advance with your order. WhatsApp or email us to order and we will quote the charge for your country.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track your order page with your order number and mobile number. We also email the courier tracking link when your parcel ships.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, until your order ships. WhatsApp us with your order number and the new address.

Can I pay part now and the rest later?

Yes. When you pay by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, you can pay a 50% advance at checkout. The remaining 50% is paid before your order is dispatched: we will message you when it is ready.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. Every piece is made to order, so payment is made before dispatch: pay in full at checkout, or a 50% advance at checkout and the balance before your order ships.

Which cards and wallets do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer or Raast.

Is paying online safe?

Yes. You pay on the provider's secure page with 3-D Secure; we never see or store your card number.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, WhatsApp us before you order.

What if my piece needs alterations?

Send it back to us and we will alter it for you. WhatsApp us or email us with your order number and what needs changing, and we will share the address.

How do your sizes run?

Our pret is cut for a relaxed fit. Check the size guide on each product page; measurements are garment measurements in inches. Between sizes? Choose the larger one.

How much fabric is in an unstitched suit?

Each product lists every piece and its length, for example shirt front 1.25 m, dupatta 2.5 m and trouser 2.5 m.

How should I wash lawn and embroidered pieces?

Hand wash lawn in cold water, dry in shade and iron on the reverse. Dry clean pieces with heavy embroidery, sequins or gota.
