Returns and alterations

Pieces are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Alterations are welcome.

No returns or exchanges

Every piece is made to order for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't refund orders for a change of mind. Please check the size guide and product details before you order, and WhatsApp us if you're unsure about anything.

Alterations

If your piece needs alterations, for example the fit, the length or the sleeves, you can send it back to us and we'll adjust it for you.

  1. WhatsApp us or email hello@mehrav.studio with your order number and what needs changing.
  2. We'll confirm the alteration and share the address to send the piece to.
  3. Send the piece back with your order number inside. We'll alter it and send it back to you.

Please send pieces back unwashed and in the condition you received them.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive the wrong piece, or it arrives damaged, please WhatsApp us with a photo as soon as it arrives and we'll put it right.
