Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from mehrav.studio, operated by [Legal business name], Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes.

• We show colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary and handmade embroidery can differ slightly from piece to piece.

• Unstitched fabric lengths are listed on each product page; stitched measurements are garment measurements in inches.

• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it (by email, phone or WhatsApp). We may cancel orders we can't verify, orders with incorrect details, or orders that look fraudulent, and will refund any payment made.

Stock

Items in your bag are not reserved. Stock is reserved when you place your order; for online payments it is held while your payment is completed (see Payment methods).

Cash on delivery

We may limit cash on delivery by order value or location, and may decline cash on delivery for numbers with previous refused deliveries.

Discount codes

Codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may have minimum spend, expiry and usage limits shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Mehrav Studio and may not be copied or reproduced.
